there is so much depth displayed in this image, and the only method used to display it is with color

So, this is my first blog post. A little late in comparison to the date which I created the blog on, but better late than never. Especially when something is necessary for a grade! For my first post I want to talk about the wire sculpture project I recently completed.
When I first started the project, I hated it.
When I first tried to sculpt the wire, I hated it.
When I chose my first object and attempted to create it, I hated it.
When I chose my second object, I wound up hating that as well.
I think I stormed out of class three times in frustration.
BUT THEN I FOUND SOMETHING I LIKED!
now don't get me wrong, I did not like working with the wire. But I found a subject that was appealing enough, and easy enough for my less than deft fingers to make. And that was a dreamcatcher! Knock me for the simplicity all youd like, but I was so relieved to have finally found something I could work on. And honestly, I didn't think it was a success, until my classmates opened my eyes to the imperfect qualities that made it unique, and made it art. So here it is, unfortunately not against a white background.
